Returns and Refunds
What items cannot be returned?
Goddess Greens, we take great care in providing premium, high-quality products that we stand behind 100%. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than issues related to damage or defects.
- All sales are final.
- For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products, even if unopened.
What if my products are damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email us at hannah@anourishingnotion.co.nz with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.
We will assess your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, but once your package is handed over to the courier, it’s out of our control. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at hannah@goddessgreens.co.nz and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
