Shipping and Delivery
What are your shipping policies for NZ & AU?
We offer prompt and reliable shipping for all New Zealand and Australian customers.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping for NZ orders over $200.
A flat rate of $10 applies for overnight shipping in NZ, typically delivered within 1-2 working days.
Shipping to Australia is $22 for an International Tracked service, with an expected delivery time of 5-7 working days.
Please note: International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
Missing or Delayed Order
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, but once your package is handed over to the courier, it’s out of our control. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at hannah@goddessgreens.co.nz and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
