Goddess Greens Glow Bites - healthy snacking!

Who doesn't love healthy snacking?

Having something like these Goddess Greens Glow Bites ready in the fridge or freezer means that you'll have a special treat to serve your visitors alongside their cuppa...or a wholesome snack to grab on the go!

Super easy to make, let's get into it...

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dates (pitted, soft – soak in warm water if needed)

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ½ cup quick oats

  • ¼ cup coconut chips

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 2 tbsp coconut milk (add more if needed for blending)

  • 2 tsp Goddess Greens powder

For coating:

Method

  1. Blend the base: In a food processor, add dates, oats, almond flour, coconut chips, coconut oil, protein powder, hemp seeds, coconut milk, and Goddess Greens powder. Blitz until sticky and well combined.

  2. Shape: Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a lined tray. Chill for 15–20 minutes to firm up.

  3. Coat: Dip each ball in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

  4. Finish: Roll immediately in crushed freeze-dried raspberries and boysenberry powder.

  5. Set & enjoy: Return to the tray and allow to set. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
